Square pans are a space miracle: they offer up to 25 percent more frying surface than conventional round pans. And due to the fantastic conductivity of aluminum, the corners of the pans get just as hot as the surface that is in direct contact with the hotplate.
This way, for example, you can fry quite a lot of sausages perfectly.
And the icing on the cake: cleaning is quick and easy after use.
