Especially when braising, you sometimes need a lot of space – so it makes sense to choose a square braising pan. Like our other braising pans, this one is also characterized by a high pouring rim. This allows you to prepare anything that requires more space, e.g. goulash, bolognese, vegetable pans, …

This pan also has two handles, allowing you to grip it with both hands.
Otherwise, everything remains the same: The even heat distribution and the 9 mm thick thermal base allow you to master any culinary challenge, regardless of whether you use the pan for frying, braising or stewing.
